Dr.Kronik's 5efhe EP70

Well a few of you have shown interest in my new project so thought i would post up a bit of a build thread as i progress.
Basically just wanted something cheap, different and reliable to have some fun in the weekends with, as i have a work van for daily use.
I decided i wanted something N/A, so started the hunt for a tidy enough EP70 and a 5e.
This is how it looked when i got it in March

Next day i added the adjustable suspension and removed the seriously queer hubcaps

I then found some CP035's on trademe i liked the look of..

After the hassle of moving into a new house (and a larger garage) i found a cheap low km 5efhe on trademe and got some tyres fitted on the wheels.

I spent a lot of this weekend removing the old 1e engine from the car and now have the 5e mounted in the engine bay. Still have a lot to workout with the loom and need to sort some niggly stuff out like the accelerator cable and ACIS gear but the majority of the conversion is done.
