Thought it's about time i update this. What started off as a stock standard gt starlet i bought back in 2004 from a elderly couple. Iv'e been through a few different looks with different style bodykits, different turbo setups, a few engines and even had a phase where i painted everything on my dash blue as i thought it looked super kool haha. Since the 3rd engine died, the car sat in the driveway for almost a year before i got a bit more serious and decided to do things right this time round. I acquired a very mint low km 4efte and slowly pieced everything back together. The starlet hasnt seen much road use, prob 10,000km in the last 3 years. About a month ago my stock 4e put out a decent 174kw on the dyno but since my new engine is ready to go in, the car is off the road again while i paint the engine bay and prep it for the new engine and hopefully have it back up and running by the 2010/2011 season.
When i first got it:

Engine No1 gone:

Afew mods later and some very heavy chromes:

1st T25 turbo setup:

Re: Garreth27 - 1sikgt
Managed to finish off almost everything, just need slight modification to the dumppipe to fit properly and waiting on GREDDY oil filter relocator kit and thats it, should be up and running. Will run it in with the vr4 coils and then i'll get Glen to change it to the electronic coils. Will have it down at nitespeed, prob the 2nd or the 3rd event tho.

Re: Garreth27 - 1sikgt
Been a while since i updated this. Not much happened for almost a year after the 2012 4 n Rota nationals failure lol. Manifold stud snapping off, blowing the turbo to manifold gasket, nuts kept coming loose on the manifold and the constant issue of losing all power when driven hard.
I then moved to Perth and the car just sat but now its getting some loving with some new bits getting added thanks to Stu.
- 2zzge electronic coils all setup
- New manifold getting made for new Turbonetics turbo
- New Downpipe and 3 inch exaust on the cards
- New Plenum installed (still got throttle cable issue to sort)
- Mocal oil cooler on its way
- GOODBYE to the Evo front
as new Toms front on its way
- Quad light conversion on the cards too
Few Teaser pics for now:
